Most of our pieces are made from 316L stainless steel, most with 18k gold PVD plating. 316L is the same high-quality steel used for medical and watch applications. A few designs are made from 925 sterling silver; this is always stated on the product page.

Yes, for everyday wear. You can shower, wash your hands and exercise in it. To keep the shine for as long as possible, we recommend taking it off before swimming in the sea or a chlorinated pool, or rinsing it with fresh water afterwards and drying it with a soft cloth.

No. Stainless steel does not oxidise like brass or copper, so it won't turn your skin green. PVD plating is much more durable than standard gold plating, although like all plated jewellery it can wear slowly over time with heavy daily use.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and cleaning products. Store pieces separately, for example in a soft pouch or jewellery box, to prevent scratches.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £50.

Orders usually arrive within 5–12 working days. Personalised items may take a few days longer. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

No. Prices include VAT and there are no extra charges on delivery.

Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that have not shipped yet. Personalised items cannot be changed once production has started.

On personalised products you'll see a field to enter the name(s) or text. We engrave exactly what you type, so please check spelling and capitals carefully.

Because personalised items are made especially for you, they can't be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
