Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund. To start a return, email us at support@forherjewels.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the return details.

Please post your return within 14 days of requesting it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

All items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that earrings and personalised items are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges.

Faulty goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@forherjewels.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or refund.
