1. About us

This website, forherjewels.co.uk, is operated by DB Commerce, trading as For Her Jewels, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK number 77649729), Fabriplein 30, 3117 MD Schiedam, the Netherlands. Email: support@forherjewels.co.uk. "We", "us" and "our" refer to For Her Jewels.

2. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

3. Products

Our jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel, most pieces with 18k gold PVD plating. We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen. Gemstones, crystals and pearls are decorative and may be synthetic unless stated otherwise.

4. Personalised products

For personalised items you are responsible for checking the spelling, capitals and details you enter. We engrave or make the item exactly as entered. Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty or not as described.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Your order

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we send you this confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable; in that case we refund you in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

8. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Care of your jewellery

Stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant and tarnish-resistant, but plating can wear over time with heavy use, contact with chemicals, perfume or abrasive surfaces. Normal wear and tear is not a fault.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Please check any metal sensitivities before wearing jewellery.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

12. Complaints and law

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will do our best to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. You keep all rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
